Diamondlike Carbor is a hard, semitransparent material also known as i-carbon, Diamond-like carbon, or hydrogenated amorphous carbon. It is prepared by several techniques involving energetic species, such as plasma decomposition. The properties of diamondlike carbon differ from those of amorphous evaporated carbon, which is soft and black. This paper lists published research papers in the field of diamondlike carbon since 1956.
