Abstract

Breast involvement by Burkitt lymphoma is rare but occurs most frequently during pregnancy. In this case, the patient had bilateral breast involvement in the first trimester of pregnancy. Bone marrow and peripheral blood involvement were also present. Hypercalcemia accompanied by elevated parathyroid hormone levels occurred with widespread organ involvement, including CNS disease.
