Abstract

We report a patient with long-standing agnogenic myeloid metaplasia who developed ascites which progressed over 6 months to a massive solid peritoneal mass as a consequence of intraperitoneal extramedullary hematopoiesis The clinical and radiographic features of this unusual case are presented.
