Abstract

The differential diagnosis for a 69-year-old man with pulmonary nodules and glomerulonephritis is discussed in the setting of a Clinicopathological Conference at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. The pathophysiology and etiology of pulmonary-renal syndromes are discussed.
